Minimum Order Amount
On personalized wrappers a minimum of 12 wrappers per order is required.
State Sales Tax
Sales tax is automatically applied to your order in accordance with state regulations if your shipping address
is within the state of Washington. The applied sales tax will be 8.9%.
Order Processing Time
We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality product and customer service. Orders are usually
processed and shipped within 3 business days. Allow extra time for weekends and holidays. Please note
extra processing time may be required for those submitting a personal photo. Order processing begins once
the photo has been received. Allow an additional 1-7 business days shipping transit time.
Order Change or Cancellation
An email confirmation will be sent immediately upon placing your order, please double check your order
personalization information thoroughly and notify us immediately if there has been an error and we will correct
the problem. You may change or cancel any order as long as the order status is in process. Orders that
require personalization that have already been processed and not yet shipped are subject to a minimum
$25.00 set up fee. If your order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
|Do we provide a proof of the wrapper? |
|Yes, only by request or when ordering a custom wrapper. Otherwise, no proof will be provided. We have found
that providing a proof slows down the processing time and our goal is to get your order to you quickly.
However, if you would like a proof one can be provided at no additional charge. During the checkout process
simply request a proof in the "comments" box and we'll send you one within 24 hours after placing your order.
|Please order carefully, personalized items cannot be returned. If you receive your order and realize you made
an error (we all make mistakes and typos are easy to do, that's why double checking is so important) we will
re-process your order at a 50% discount (additional shipping fees may apply). If you receive your order and
there is an error at fault by Favors and Beyond, we will correct your order and reship it to you at no additional
costs. If a reorder is necessary please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to request a
re-process. Re-processing requests after 5 days may be denied.
|What Happens If The Chocolate Bars Soften During Delivery?|
|Do not place the bars in the refrigerator or freezer, this can cause condensation and compromise the quality
of the wrapper. It’s best not to handle the bars. Leave them in the box and store them at normal room
|Obtaining The Classic Hershey’s® Look With Foil Ends|
|Hershey’s changed their look. To ensure quality, the standard 1.55oz bars are now wrapped in a brown, plastic wrapper with crimped ends. To obtain the “classic foil” look we wrap each bar in a foil sheet over the factory brown wrapper. When purchasing the wrapper only (without chocolate bar) a foil sheet comes with each wrapper at no additional charge. If you are wrapping the bars yourself click here for instructions. |
The mini and large bars have kept their original look (wrapped in foil) and do not require to be re-wrapped in a foil sheet. Note that some mini bars have gold foil ends.

|On personalized wrapper orders, buy in quantity and save. Receive .15 cents off each standard 1.55oz or large 5oz wrappers on orders over 200. For orders over 1000 contact us for pricing. Save .05 on each mini bar wrapper on orders of 2000 or more. For all other volume discount orders also contact us for pricing. |
|Submitting A Personal Photo or Logo|
|Once you submit your order you will immediately receive an email confirmation, which will contain your order number. Please immediately email us with the following information: Order number, First and Last name, contact number or email address, and any special instructions and attach the image to be used. We accept the following image formats: JPG, TIFF, EPS or PSD. Photo resolution must be at least 72dpi, but higher resolution is recommended for the best print quality. A JPG at 300dpi is preferred. Favors and Beyond is not responsible for low resolution quality photos submitted. We will perform a test print on each order and if we find the photo not to be of the best quality we may ask for another photo to be submitted and you will be contacted immediately. For artwork (line-drawings, etc.) EPS files are preferred. |
Please do not crop the photo prior to submitting. We will position the photo to best fill the area as needed.
